Renaissance Electronic Services is a technology company built for dentists, powered by an enthusiasm for efficiency, transparency, and highly caffeinated programmers.

Our dentists are the heroes

Since Renaissance began in 2002 in a garage in Martinsville, Indiana, we've had one imperative: to support the goals of our dental offices to better run their practices so that they can focus on what they do best—caring for their patients.

Great technology is worth investing in

From continuously updating the infrastructure that keeps our products secure to investing in local STEM organizations that develop future dental heroes, we believe that technology will continue to move our industry forward.

We build the best products together

Over the years we've come to realize that the way to make the software better for everyone is to put dentists, their practices, and their goals at the center of our universe. So we listened, and then we built. We asked for feedback and scrapped what didn't work. We built some more. We grew.

We now connect more than 30,000 dentists across the country and employ a team of more than 150 people, continuing on our mission to provide products and services that enable better dental care.

Eric Joseph

Chief Executive Officer

Joined in 2004 as an intern while completing his degree at the Kelley School of Business.

Developed Renaissance's merchant service solution for dental offices.

Developed a fount of patience from raising triplets; has tried more IPAs than you have.

Jon Raimondi

Chief Technical Officer

Joined in 2002 as a field tech installing software on-site in dental offices.

Created the method in which Remote Lite pulls claims data from PMS software.

Does handyman work for Indy's elderly and disabled population through CICOA and NeighborLink.

Kris Grimes

Vice President of Engineering

Joined in 2006 in claims support.

Pivotal in Renaissance's adoption of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Outside of professional settings, communicates exclusively in movie quotes.

John Wise

Director of Inside Sales

Joined in 2015 as an Inside Sales Manager.

Played a key role in the roll out of a first to market product, Electronic Payments.

Has mad yo-yo skills.

Jill Casey

Director, Marketing & Brand Strategy

Joined in 2015 as Marketing Manager.

Spearheaded a company-wide rebrand and website overhaul.

Spends all of her free time rehabbing her 1940's house; allegedly used to be more interesting before becoming a parent.

Jared Page

Vice President of Operations

Joined in 2016 as Vice President of Operations.

Champion of lean management principles at Renaissance. 

Has taken his picture on six continents wearing University of Michigan gear (Antarctica still pending).

Skye Felipe

Operations and Support Manager

Joined in 2009 in claims support.

Instrumental in redefining Operations team roles and increasing automation.

An HGTV addict and frequent DIYer; her team says her spirit animal is a Honey Badger.

Ashleigh Oldfather

Human Resources Manager

Joined in 2015 as Talent Management Coordinator.

Oversaw the use of new HR software and the expansion of the HR function in the organization.

As a slasher flick aficionado, she frequents horror conventions.

Amanda Ellis

Operations Manager

Joined in 2002 as Mail Center Manager.

Integral in the implementation of production series print & finishing systems and reducing operating costs.

Held title of dodgeball champion in fifth grade; claims her inner voice has a Russian accent.
