Renaissance Partner Rick Garofolo spends a lot of time traveling — whether that is to dental conferences around the country or the Renaissance headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana. Garofolo’s team was able to pull all of the outstanding claims in Remote Lite powered by rPractice to see what was holding the claim up from being approved. If a claim submitted through Remote Lite is flagged for rejection, simply clicking on the claim will show what needs to be fixed. This helps the office get paid faster and avoiding the resubmission fee of many practice management systems.
Though the Practice Mechanic provides more than claims processing, according to Garofolo it’s the easiest way to help an office be successful as a consultant.
