Remote Lite is easy-to-use software that works with your practice management system to handle all submissions of claims and attachments. Remote Lite gives you instant contact with insurance companies and electronically sends them your claims for a flat monthly rate of $49.95.

No. Remote Lite works with your current practice management system to handle the claims processing portion of your practice.

Yes. We electronically send complete claims, including attachments, directly to participating insurance companies. We send all eAttachments via Remote Lite at no additional cost to you.

All features, installation, training, and support are included at no additional cost.

Yes. We work to send all claims electronically, but we know that some claims still need delivered through the mail. If you need to send an attachment to an insurance company that does not accept them electronically, we will print and mail the claim with any needed attachments at no additional cost.

No. The flat rate of $49.95 includes all features and support to make your claims processing as easy as possible

No. We know you'll love using Remote Lite, but if you change your mind, you can begin or end your service at any time.

Yes. Your security is our main concern. All data sent electronically is encrypted, and all data stored in our facilities is kept in a secure building that requires a badge for entry. We also shred needed documents on-site to protect your information.

This depends on the insurance company. Not all insurance companies require that you accept their payments electronically if you are sending claims electronically. Some companies are moving to only electronic payments.

We submit real-time claims to many of the insurance companies with connections established to accept them. To view a list of the insurance companies in our real-time claims network, click here.

R-Fees gives you a fee schedule based on millions of claims actually submitted in your practice’s area. Unlike fee reports based on limited survey results, we base our results on real claims submissions. As a company focused on claims submission, we have easy access to this data, which means we can also offer it to you at a much lower rate than the industry standard.

We publish new fee reports twice a year, once at the end of the 2nd quarter and once at the end of the 4th quarter of the calendar year.

Since our reports are published twice a year and use data from the previous calendar year, they provide updated insights on the rates your competitors are  actually charging. The ADA publishes a detailed report every 2-3 years. While their reports have good information, they are always a few years behind what the market actually reflects.

We charge a flat rate of 2.59% for all merchant services. You are only charged this rate on transactions where you use your Electronic Merchant Account. If you don’t use your merchant account, there are no fees.
